I designed and built this site and do not collect any data from users. Maybe some of the pieces of tech that make the site work use cookies, but if they do, they didn’t talk to me about it. Cookies taste great, but what are they doing on the web? Cookies are little bits of code that sites store in a user’s browser to make the site load faster, among other things. Clearing your web browser’s cache can delete the cookies stored therein. It used to be great to clear those out. Now, every time you do that, you have to reauthorize all your devices to use your favorite websites again, probably with two-factor authentication. Fun times.
Here’s a list of the tools I am using.
GoDaddy is my site host – Managed WordPress Pro
WordPress is my Content Management System
GeneratePress is the template from which I made my child theme
I use several plugins:
Easy Accordion
Envira Gallery Lite
Responsive Pricing Table Pro
ShortPixel Image Optimizer
WP Featherlight
I have two other plugins loaded, but not currently in use:
Responsive Testimonials
Top Bar
